Model Collaboration Requirements

For all models who plan to attend Collaboration shoots.

Before any shooting is to happen, you must sign a Model Release and Collaboration contract.


You must also bring 2 forms of ID(one must be a valid photo id) which I will copy to be placed in 
our file with your signed release.


Models are permitted to bring a friend to the shoot.(this person will be allowed
to observe, as long as they don't interfer with the shoot.)(If there is a disruption
the model will be offered to end the shoot. If the shoot continues, and there is another
 disruption, then the shoot will be terminated.)


Poses...The model has full control, of how she poses, and degree of exposure. If a model
 feels uncomfortable with how they feel the shoot is progressing, then they may terminate
 the shoot.


Money... NO money changes hands...the model is compensated by recieving the CD
 and image Rights detailed as to the contract. 


Note: Since the release is signed prior to the shoot, the model is directly responsible for 
the content of photos to be presented.
